Our famous Money-Back Grade Guarantee is at the heart of PTI. If your child maintains good academic standing and does not achieve a first-choice exam result, we will refund you according to this policy.

You may cancel within 30 days of enrollment, for any reason, and receive a refund for the unused portion of your paid membership. After 30 days, our Grade Guarantee applies.
